By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Nur Kamal @ Dhigi, has prayed for Page No.# 2/2 granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Jorhat P.S. Case No. 332/2025, registered under Section 351(3)/132/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 18.08.2025. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner is stated to be appeared before the investigating officer and recorded his statement. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, charge sheet has been submitted. 5. In view of completion of investigation and other aspects, including co- operation rendered by the petitioner – the interim pre-arrest granted on 18.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – he shall be available for trial, in the event of trial commencing against him and he shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6.
