Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for the following main relief:- "to quash summoning order dated 10.03.2025 as well as the non bailable warrant dated 29.09.2025 in Complaint Case No. 23/2024, Under section- 406, 420 I.P.C. Police Station -Kotwali Ayodhya, District -Ayodhya Pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), IInd/ J.M. Ayodhya, as it relates to petitioner." 3. The applicant had earlier challenged the summoning order by way of filing APPLICATION U/s 482 No. 7500 of 2025 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 09.09.2025 itself. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he had filed a revision against the impugned summoning order dated 10.03.2025 but the revision has been withdrawn, therefore, he has filed the second application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.. 5. Learned AGA for the State has taken preliminary objection that same summoning order has been challenged by the applicant in the second application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., which is not maintainable. 6. At this juncture, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Vinay Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Moiz Akhtar .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) to file review application in APPLICATION U/s 482 No. 7500 of 2025, therefore, the application be dismissed as not pressed. 7.
