The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide Criminal Misc. Case No. 640 of 2014, Prabhawati Vs. Laloo and and others, under Sections 498A, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kunda, District Pratapgarh, which is pending since 16.07.2024, within a time frame. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 16.07.2024 without any substantial progress. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
