Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 118 and 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih. 3. On 21.12.2024 at about 2.00 pm, there was some altercation between the informant-party and the accused persons. Later on, 10 to 15 unknown accused persons came to the house of the informant and the named accused persons along with others, inflicted several knife blows on the brother of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4 It was submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih in connection with Giridih (M) P.S.
