This Court, by the order dated 07.01.2025 has provided that petitioners shall not be arrested till the next date of listing on the basis of impugned First Information Report dated 05.12.2024. 4. Learned AGA states, on the basis of the instructions dated 01.07.2025, sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police-Siyaram Chaurasia, Police Station Barasagwar, District Unnao that a final report has been filed in the matter on 21.05.2025. Aforesaid statement is recorded. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the petition has been rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
