Mansoor, learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent no.02 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2025 for grant of Pay Band 3 and Grade Pay of 6600/- of the post of Librarian in light of the Government Orders dated 17.09.2004, 08.09.2010 and 14.10.2015 and grant the petitioner Pay Band-3 and Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- to which the petitioner is entitled, as contained as Annexure No.01 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to grant the petitioner Pay Band-3 and Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- of the post of Librarian to which the petitioner is entitled in terms of Government Orders dated 17.09.2004, 08.09.2010 and 14.10.2015." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Department of Information and Public Relation, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd.
