This application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.02.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No.10196 of 2023, whereby and wherein, the Hon'ble Judge while granting bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to remain physically present on each and every date before the learned trial court and report to the concerned police station on last Saturday of every month. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition laid down in the bail order is very harsh and as such the order granting bail may be modified and the petitioner may be exempted from appearing before the police station on last Saturday of every month. It was further submitted that going to the police station on last Saturday of every month causes hardship to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, I am of the opinion that no ground for modification of order granting bail is made out. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
