On 29.03.2024, this Court had passed the following order:- "Heard. By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of F.I.R. dated 16.03.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0153/2024 for the offence under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. registered at Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Gonda. An application for intervention has been filed by a person who had filed the public interest litigation based on which a representation was submitted by him and an inquiry was conducted revealing the offence. He is not the informant of the F.I.R. impugned herein. We do not see as to how can he have any locus in the matter. If he has any material in his possession which may be evidence to prove the offence alleged against the petitioner, he can provide it to the Investigating Officer. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of telephonic instructions, submits that charge sheet in this matter has been filed in the Court on 02.01.2025, therefore, this petition has lost efficacy. 5.
