Mr. Yogesh Pacholia, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner has become overage for appointment to the post of Nursing Officer. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: - (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for record and quashing the condition number 07 (Age) of the advertisement dated 11th March, 2024 issued by Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board, Dehradun (Annexure No. 18 to the writ petition), whereby the cutoff date of 01.07.2023 has been fixed for the determination of the upper age limit of the Candidates for applying for participating in the Nursing Officer (Female/ Male) Examination-2024. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Medical Board Dehradun to treat the petitioner eligible (within the age limit) for the selection process initiated vide advertisement dated 11.03.2024 for the post of Nursing officer and issue Necessary corrigendum to the Advertisement dated 11th March, 2024 (Annexure No.-18 to the Writ Petition), by providing the relaxation in upper age limit in favor of the Petitioner, who had earlier applied for the same vacancies in pursuant to the advertisement dated 12th December, 2020 and 2nd 2025:UHC:11430 February 2021 by fixing the cutoff date for determination of upper age limit as provided in the said examination i.e. 01.07.2020. (iii) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to participate in the selection of Nursing Officers (Female/ Male) Examination-2024, pursuant to the advertisement issued on 11th March, 2024, in as much as vacancies, which were advertised on 12th December, 2020, 2nd February, 2021 by UBTER has been re- advertised by the Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board, Dehradun by the impugned Advertisement dated 11th March, 2024 (Annexure 18 to the writ petition). 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since identical issue is decided by this Court in WPSS No. 483 of 2024, therefore, this petition deserves to be decided in terms of the said judgment. 5. Learned State Counsel was asked to get clear instructions on the said aspect. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned State Counsel concedes that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the judgment dated 25.08.2025 rendered in WPSS No. 483 of 2024 & other connected matters. 6. In view of consensus between the parties, the writ petition is decided in terms of judgment dated 25.08.2025 passed in WPSS No. 483 of 2024 & other connected matters.
