This petition has been filed with the following main prayers : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus there by directing and commanding opposite party no. 1 to decide the statutory revision preferred by the petitioner under section 41(3) of the UP Urban Planning And Development Act, against the impugned order dated 14.11.2024 passed by the Manager / Assistant General Manager (Commercial) New Okhla Industrial Development Authority District- Gautam Buddha Nagar With In stipulated period (duly contained as Annexure No.1 to the instant petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 Chief Executive Officer, Noida Industrial Development Authority to extend the benefit of mixed land use policy as per the third amendment to the Regulations, 2015 to the Plot no. 3A, Sector 15, Noida owned by the petitioner.." Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the petitioner's revision, which is stated to be pending before it since 24.07.2025 strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
