Mr. Priyanshu Gairola, learned counsel for the 1 2025:UHC:11012 respondent no.2. 5. Applicant no.1 is the husband of the respondent no.2-informant-victim. Applicant no.2 is the father and the applicant no.3 is the mother of the applicant no.1. 6. All the applicants are present through video conferencing. They are identified by Mr. Pawan Mishra, Advocate. 7. Smt. Deepika Negi, respondent no.2, is present through video conferencing. She is identified by Mr. Priyanshu Gairola, Advocate. 8. Both, the applicants and the respondent no.2 submitted that there were matrimonial disputes between them. They have settled their disputes and after resolving their disputes, they have filed a Compounding Application (IA No. 1 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. The respondent no.2 is requesting to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No.3352 of 2018. 9. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 10. Considering the totality of the matter, the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is allowed and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3352 of 2018, 2 2025:UHC:11012 “State Vs. Aditya Thapar and Others”, pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate / VIth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun, are hereby quashed. ___________________ ALOK KUMAR VERMA, J.
