By an order dated 15.05.2025, this Court had issued card notice to the petitioner to engage another counsel as his earlier counsel was elevated to this Bench. 2. Record reveals that the card notice was issued to the petitioner on 21.05.2025, however, the service could not be effected. Further, as per the order dated 4th July, 2025 of the Registrar (J) (L), the envelope of the card notice issued to the sole petitioner has been received back with the remark of the Postal Department "recipient died, hence return to sender". 3.
