Case No. 17/2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 79/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376(AB), 506, 509 & 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Bokaro. 3. On 17.08.2023, petitioner alongwith co-accused person, sexually assaulted the prosecutrix due to which she conceived and gave birth to a child. 4. Learned senior counsel on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is delay in lodging of the F.I.R. It was further submitted that from perusal of DNA profile of the child, it appears that co-accused has fathered the child. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that there is specific allegation of rape against this petitioner also, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
