During the course of hearing, this Court is informed that the Petitioner has filed suit being Regular Civil Suit No. 39/2014 seeking cancellation of registered sale-deed dated 03.01.2014. 2. The present proceeding arises out of the orders passed by the revenue authority refusing the cause interference in the mutation entry No. 12489 unless the sale-deed is set aside. In view of the fact that Regular Civil Suit No. 39/2014 has already been filed before the competent Civil Court for cancellation of sale-deed, it would be open for the parties to take appropriate steps for the purpose of correction of mutation entry subject to the outcome of the suit. - 2 - wp4594.20.odt 3.
