2. Petitioner has been appointed as Field Assistant in Angalakuduru Village, Tenali Mandal, Guntur District, in the year
2009. Since then, he has been discharging duties as such. Basing certain allegations, he has been placed under temporary removal/suspension vide Proceedings in Rc.No.06/2025/DVC/GNT, dated 15.04.2025, issued by the 3'"^ respondent, and he was also called upon to submit explanation. Petitioner submitted explanation 20.03.2025 refuting the said allegations. However, the inquiry is

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of submitting aforesaid Explanation, though Clause 13B(5) of the Field Assistants Fluman Resource Policy provides for completion of disciplinary proceedings within thirty (30) days, the respondents have not conduded the same.

5. Sri M.S.R Chandra Murthy, teamed Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that inquiry is at an advanced stage and will be concluded soon.
6. In view of aforesaid
submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conclude the inquiry and pass appropriate speaking orders, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
