Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. The learned counsel for the second respondent has raised objection stating that the reason for delay also not been properly explained. After filing of appeal in S.A.No.230 of 2024, the present petitioners come forward this appeal in order to drag on the proceedings. 4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is ordered and delay of 264 days in filing the second appeal subject to the objection raised by the second respondent. 6.
