Petitioners have filed this review petition seeking review of order dated 05.02.2024. 5. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Notification was issued on 28.10.2021 and it was given prospective effect. However, by the impugned order, impression goes that it has been given retrospective effect. 6. We are not inclined to entertain the review petition for the very reason that no specific directions were given by the Court, the case of the petitioners was pending before the Court since 2015 and respondents were directed to act in accordance with law. 7. Consequently, there is no error apparent on the face of record so as to entertain the review petition. 8. The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
