The petitioners are directed to conclude the departmental enquiry within a further period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4 It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and the respondent is directed to co-operate in the departmental enquiry. 5 With the aforesaid observations/directions, instant MCC stands allowed.
