The petitioners are arraigned as accused Nos.1, 2 and 6 in Crime No.206 of 2024, on the file of Dhone Town Police Station, for the alleged offences under Sections 189(2), 132, 326(g), 324(4), 331(3) read with Section 190 of the BNS. 2. It is submitted that, due to the crime pending against them, the petitioners are not allowed to enter their village. In this regard, the petitioners made an oral representation to the respondents. However, respondent No.4 is not permitting the petitioners to enter into village. The petitioners are granted liberty to submit a representation to respondent No.4, and respondent No.4 shall not obstruct the petitioners from entering Venkatanayuni Palle Village of Dhone Mandal. The petitioners shall be permitted to cultivate their properties, and adequate measures and required steps shall be taken by respondent Nos.3 and 4 to ensure peace is maintained in the Village. 3.
