The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief(s):- "(i). Issue an order, writ or direction to bring the petitioner/detenue before the Hon'ble Court from the custody of the Opposite Party No. 4, 5 and 6 as they have been detained by them against her wish. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus commanding to the respondents not to interfere in peaceful living of the petitioner and her payrents." 3. Considering the contents of instructions dated 13.11.2025 placed by learned AGA under the signature of Sri Bhupendra Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station- Majhgai, District- Lakhimpur Kheri, which is taken on record, the victim before the Magistrate concerned while making her statement in terms of Section 183 B.N.S.S. stated that she is aged about 19 years and she has solemnized marriage with Mohan Lal and she wants to live with him and also the fact indicated in the instructions that the final report No. 25/2025 dated 05.09.2025 is pending consideration, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
