This petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to investigate the matter with respect to Crime No.0199/2024 under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha), 3(2)(5a) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Kakori, District Lucknow. 5. Learned AGA points out on the basis of the averments contained in paragraph-06 of the counter affidavit that a charge-sheet dated 03.10.2024 has been filed against Sri Ganesh before the supervisory authority and thereafter on 21.04.2025 before the competent court. 6. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the respondent authorities have proceeded in the matter and also conducted the investigation. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. .
