The present bail cancellation has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused on 02.07.2024. 3. Submission of the Counsel for the applicant is that the observations made while granting the bail with regard to the medical report and the statement of the victim are wrong. 4. Considering the fact that the bail was granted on 02.07.2024 and there is no material to suggest that the applicant has misused the liberty of bail, the bail cancellation application is rejected. 5. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, if already not concluded.
