Shri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel, who submits that though he does not file his Vakalatnama, however, he usually appears for the Electricity Ombudsman. 2. The petition is of the year 2008. 3. The record indicates that vide order dated 11.05.2022, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had passed the following order, which reads as under:- "Sri Dhruv Mathur, learned counsel for the respondent submits that his office has tried to contact with the employee of respondent no. 2 and it was informed that respondent no. 2 has died. Let card notice be issued at the address of respondent no. 2, returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within a period of ten days. List in the week commencing 30.05.2022." 4. Since then, there is no application to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased- respondent No.2. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands abated. 6. Consigned to record.
