Heard Mr. D Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. PR Mahanta, learned standing counsel for the Revenue and Disaster Management Department. 2. The connected writ petition being WP(C) 1013/2025 was disposed of by this court under its order dated 24.06.2025. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the cause title of the writ petition, the name of the father of the petitioner was wrongly typed as Late Kalicharan Nath instead of Late Kalicharan Barman and accordingly when the certified copy of the aforesaid order dated 24.06.2025 was obtained, in the certified copy, the name of the father of the petitioner has also reflected to be Late Kalicharan Nath instead of Late Kalicharan Barman. 4. Considering the inadvertent mistake, this court is of the opinion that the petitioner be allowed to furnish a fresh corrected memo of parties before the Registry in the connected disposed of writ petition i.e. WP(C) 1013/2025 so that, in the certified copy, that may be obtained after the correction, the name of the father of the petitioner is duly and correctly reflected. 5. With the aforesaid, the present IA stands disposed of. 6. Registry to do the needful on submission of a fresh memo of parties by the petitioner. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
