The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 03.03.2021 in No.ADM II/CR.274/2015-16 vide Annexure-A. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. AGA submits that the order was passed in respect of performing certain rituals on Shiva Ratri 2021. AGA therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record. 5. A perusal of the impugned order reflects that it pertains to performing certain rituals on Shiva Ratri 2021. Now we are in the month of January 2025. Due to efflux of time, the order is spent itself.
