A five storied house is being raised in front of her house. 4. According to her, the said high-rise building is being constructed in absolute disregard of the building byelaws and even the front and back setbacks, have also not been left. It is further alleged that the said house is being constructed by encroaching upon part of the public path. In this regard, petitioner made a representation to the Vice Chairman, Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority, on 18.11.2025. Since, no action is being taken on the representation, therefore, she has approached this Court. 2025:UHC:11340 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Vice Chairman, Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority to look into the issues raised by the petitioner in her representation and pass necessary orders, as per law, within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
