This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for modification of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1993 of 2025 by modifying the name of the father of the petitioner as ‘Hiralal Singh’ instead of ‘Anand Kumar Singh’ and to extend the time period for the petitioner to surrender in the learned court below It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error in the rejection order of the bail application of the petitioner dated 22.04.2025, the name of the father of the petitioner was mentioned as ‘Anand Kumar Singh.’ Drawing attention of this Court towards Annexure-4, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order has been modified by the learned Sessions Judge, Chatra. It is further submitted that unless the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1993 of 2025 is modified by mentioning the name of the father of the petitioner as ‘Hiralal Singh’ instead of ‘Anand Kumar Singh’ and six weeks extension is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner will be highly prejudiced. Hence, it is submitted that the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1993 of 2025 modified accordingly. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for modification of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1993 of 2025 is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1993 of 2025 is modified by substituting the name of the father of the petitioner as ‘Hiralal Singh’ instead of ‘Anand Kumar Singh’ and the said order is further modified by directing the petitioner to surrender within six weeks from the date of this order in terms of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1993 of 2025. The order dated 26.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1993 of 2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.)
