Learned Ass'lstant Public Prosecutor submits that major part of the investigation is completed except filing of charge sheet. 6. The petitioner was arrested on 25.3.2025 and since then he is languishing in jail i.e. for more than 90 days as on tod-ay. Police have not completed the investigation and not filed the charge sheet. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioner/A6 herein shall be released on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the leamed Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam; (ii) On release, the petitioner sha[] appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet. 7.
