Case No.101 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137 (2) and 87 of the B.N.S., 2023 read with section 66(E) IT Act. 3. The petitioner is accused of eloping with the victim, who is herself a married lady. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2024 having clean antecedent. 5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 12.08.2024 and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) Patna High Court CR. MISC.
