The Petitioners trace right to the property from registered Document No.2044/1947 and thereon. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners had constructed A.K. Conventional Hall after obtaining building permission from the Respondent Authorities. While so, the property of the Petitioners is sought to be demolished as there is a proposal for widening the road from Almaspet to Masapet, Kadapa, and as there is threat of dispossession without issuing any prior notice, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that though there is a proposal to widen the road, it will be taken up in accordance with the procedure known to law i.e., either by consent of the Petitioners or by acquiring the property under Sections 146 and 147 of the Municipalities Act, 1955 read with the Right to Fair Compensation and -\T V 3 Transparency in Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 5. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
