Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Ms. Azmi Yousuf, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 13.10.2025 bearing no.0169, under Sections 420 & 506 I.P.C, lodged at Police Station Bazar Khala, District Lucknow. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 17.10.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 04.11.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 04.11.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 17.11.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioner and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.4 have Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arshad Jameel, Kahkashan Zaidi, Mohammad Naseem Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Azmi Yousuf Ajay Kumar Gupta And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The first information report dated 13.10.2025 bearing no.0169, under Sections 420 & 506 I.P.C, lodged at Police Station Bazar Khala, District Lucknow, is quashed.
