Along with compliance affidavit, an office order dated 04.07.2025 has also been placed on record at Annexure R-I holding the petitioner entitled to pension. In terms of Annexure R-2, an office letter issued by the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Chowari, pension case of the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 petitioner has been further sent to the office of Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh. 2. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, office of Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh is formally impleaded as respondent No.5 as proforma respondent in the interest of justice. Notice on behalf of the said proforma respondent has been waived by Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, learned counsel. Learned counsel for the said respondent has assured that the pension case of the petitioner shall be processed in the office of Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh expeditiously and in any case not later than two weeks from today. That the appropriate order, in this regard, shall also be passed within the said period. The respondents are directed to follow up the matter with the office of Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh for removing the short comings, if any, in the pension case of the petitioner. 3. In view of above, the execution petition is disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of his surviving grievance(s), if any.
