Instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 for transferring the investigation in Case Crime No.0451 of 2024, under Sections 109, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh to some other police station of district Pratapgarh and further direct the respondents no.3 and 4 to do the investigation of the aforesaid crime in fair and impartial manner. 4. Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the counter affidavit states that a charge sheet dated 20.11.2025 has been filed in the Court on 24.04.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that nothing further survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. November 20, 2025 A.
