The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.04 dated 09.01.2025 registered under Sections 61(2) & 96 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (Section 12 of Protection of VINOD KOTHIYAL 2025.08.12 18:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-4257-2025 (O&M) -2- Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 was added later on) at Women Police Station, Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation and in pursuance to the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has again joined the investigation.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim relief granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.02.2025 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023. 12.08.2025
