Heard Shri Kushagra Dikshit, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that an application under Section 16(3) of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (in short "Act of 1986") filed by the applicant is pending before Special Judge (Gansger Act), Lucknow/Additional District Judge, Court No., Lucknow (in short "trial Court") since 07.05.2025 and there is no substantial progress in the case. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial Court is directed to decide the application under Section 16(3) of Act of 1986 in Case No.1415 of 2023, under Section 14(1) of Act of 1986, Police Station - Hazratganj, District - Lucknow, in accordance with law, without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
