This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief : (10.1) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records relating to instant matter for perusal and reference, in the interest of justice. (10.2)This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to issue a appropriate writ directing the respondent authority, for issuing monthly salary from March, 2016 till date. Rural Medical Corpu scheme (in short as C.R.M.C.) a scheme (scheme of NRHM) made for employees who are working at most difficult places, which the petitioner is entitled to. (10.4) This Honble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any other writ direction or order as it may deem fit in facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner together with awarding the cost of these proceedings. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid the salary from March, 2016 till filing of the this appeal and thereafter also. He submits for the present, the grievances of the petitioner would be redressed if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation with regard to the grievances as projected in the writ petition which may be decided by the State within a stipulated period of time. 3. Not opposed by the other parties. 4.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to make a representation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order with regard to the grievances as projected in this writ petition to respondents/competent authority. On such representation being made by the petitioner, respondent / competent authority is oblige to decide the same within a further period 120 days from the date of receipt of such a representation in accordance with law.
