This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus by staying the effect and operation of order dated 12.12.2024 passed by Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Sadabad, Hathras in Original Suit No. 21 of 1995, during the pendency of Civil Revision No. 4 of 2025 before learned District Judge, Hathras [Kanchan Singh (deceased) and others Versus Nagar Kshetra Samiti Sadabad and others]." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Civil Revision No. 4 of 2025 is pending consideration which has been filed against the order dated 12.12.2024 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sadabad, Hathras in Original Suit No. 21 of 1995. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as the civil revision is still pending consideration before court below. 3. In view of said fact, the District Judge, Hathras, is hereby requested to proceed with the matter and take a final call in Civil Revision No. 4 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
