JUSTICE KAUSHIK GOSWAMI ORDER 18.08.2025 Heard Ms. M J Begum, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. T C Chutia, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. By way of this application, the applicant is seeking impleamnent of BTC through the Principal Secretary and the Director of Education, BTC as arrayed respondents in WP(C) No. 5769/2021. 3. Pertinent that in WP(C) No. 5769/2021 this Court on 23.06.2025 upon a submission being made at the bar that it is the BTC authority who looks into the issue involved in said WP(C) No. 5769/2021, i.e., correction of the date of birth of the petitioner, accommodated the writ petitioner to file necessary application to bring the BTC authorities on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid opportunity, the present impleadment application has been filed to bring on record the BTC authorities as respondents. 5. Perused the averments made in the impleadment application as well as the grievances of the writ petitioner canvassed in the writ petition. 6. It appears that the presence of the BTC authorities is necessary and essential for effective adjudication of WP(C) No. 5769/2021. 7. Accordingly, the impleadment application stands allowed and disposed of. 8. The Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Kokrajhar, represented by the Principal Secretary and the Director of Education, BTC be impleaded as party Page No.# 4/4 respondent Nos. 6 & 7 respectively, in WP(C) No. 5769/2021. 9.
