Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 3. It is the case of the petitioner University that it had made deposits by way of Fixed Deposits in the Syndicate Bank (now Canara Bank). The petitioners also contend that the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2210 WP No. 61261 of 2016 officials of the Bank have transferred the money that was deposited by the University in favor of third party without authority. Hence, they were compelled to make a representation. Based on the representation, the Bank has initiated criminal action and now the matter is before the CBI Court, Hyderabad. 4. Because of the pendency of the matter before the CBI Court, Hyderabad, the relief sought by the petitioners cannot be accorded in a Writ Petition.
