GP FOR SERVICES II 2 HCGR,J W.P.No.13057 of 2025 The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- “…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the issuance of the impugned proceedings vide Order No.49/A2/2024, Dated.-- .04.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent recommending for termination of the petitioner from Anganwadi helper post to the higher officers and not allowing her to perform her the duties and not paying regular salary, as highly illegal, arbitrary, improper and non-application of mind and violation of principles of natural justice apart from violate of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and continue the petitioner in the said post and to pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Heard Sri T.S.N.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Smt B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6. 3. The grievance of petitioner is that though this Court on earlier occasion by an order dated 11.03.2025 in W.P.No.5600 of 2025 permitted the petitioner to file objections and thereafter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, the 3rd respondent having received the objections, passed Orders No.49/A2/2024, dated Nil-4-2025 proposing action of removal of petitioner from service and forwarded the recommendations to the select committee for taking final action. Despite further final orders being not issued, petitioner is not allowed to discharge duties. 3 HCGR,J W.P.No.13057 of 2025 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that based on orders and findings recorded therein by 3rd respondent, the competent authority is yet to take final decision. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, by directing the respondents to continue the petitioner to discharge duties. However, the same shall be subject to further orders being passed by the select committee in pursuance to Orders No.49/A2/2024, dated Nil-4-2025 passed by 3rd respondent.
