Heard learned counsel for applicant-petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following main relief:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order impugned dated 09.10.2022 passed by the opposite party no. 2 as contained in Annexure no 1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to treat/declare the petitioner to have been regularized w.e.f. 23.08.1999 like the co-appointees of the petitioner namely Sri Ram Naresh and Mohd. Yaqoob and issue a formal order in that regard. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for consequential promotions on the post of Collection Amin from the date the persons junior to the petitioner have been promoted on the post of Collection Amin w.e.f. 18.09.2021. 3. Application has been filed seeking withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to file afresh in view of inadvertent errors which have crept in during drafting.
