According to the petitioner, he was awarded contract for road cutting under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY); however, amount due to him, has not been paid. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief: “Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent authorities to forthwith pay the remaining outstanding dues of the petitioner firm regarding construction of 10.400 kilometers road ‘Bhitarwali- Kimari’ constructed at Village Purkul, District Dehradun.” 3. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for PMGSY, submits that petitioner was asked to submit Plane Table vide letter dated 21.04.2025 and thereafter, a reminder was also issued to him on 06.12.2025; however, petitioner did not supply the Plane Table, as well as variation final bill along with signed papers. He further submits that as soon as petitioner submits desired document, payment 2025:UHC:11400 would be released to him, as per condition No. 7.6 of the Standard Bidding Document. 4. Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that his client would be submitting all necessary documents before the competent authority within two weeks. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to release all pending dues of the petitioner within four months from date of submission of necessary documents by the petitioner.
