Learned counsel for the respondents has fairly submitted that if the amount due as mentioned by the respondents for permanent disconnection is paid by the petitioner, they shall look into the matter and carry out permanent disconnection and reduce the bills under Clause 6.5 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005. 3. In light of the same, the petitioner should pay that amount within a period of four weeks from date. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
