Heard Sri Yogendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 10, Raebareli to expeditiously decide the Case No. 278 of 2016 and Computerized Case No. UPRB050005622016 (Siddhnath Sukla Versus Rajkumari) (for cancellation of sale deed) pending before the opposite party no. 1 since 2016 within time stipulated by this Court. 3. The submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that the said suit is of the year 2016. He further submits that on most of the days, the matter has been adjourned by giving general dates. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the Court concerned to decide the said suit expeditiously. 4. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served to keep this petition pending. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 10, Raebareli to decide the aforesaid Case No. 278 of 2016 and Computerized Case No. UPRB050005622016 (Siddhnath Sukla Versus Rajkumari) expeditiously strictly in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties preferably within a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Saurabh Singh, Yogendra Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
