Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order dated April 16, 2025 no amendment has been carried out and since the petitioner is praying for withdrawal of this writ petition, those amendments are no more required to be carried out. Save and except the said order dated April 16, 2025 no other interim order has been passed. 2 In view of the above and considering the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition, WPA 7663 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
