Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 16.01.2025, the designation of the respondent no. 2 has wrongly been mentioned as “the Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur” instead of “the Principal Secretary, Department of Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs, Government of Jharkhand”. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the said mistake is a typographical one, the designation of the respondent no. 2 as mentioned in paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 16.01.2025 is corrected to be read as “the Principal Secretary, Department of Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs, Government of Jharkhand”. 4.
