Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record. 2. By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 B.N.S.S., the applicant has sought quashing of impugned charge-sheet no.157/2025 dated 02.09.2025, summoning order dated 29.09.2025 passed by A.C.J.M., Room No.13, Pratapgarh in proceedings arising out of Case Crime No. 0187/2025, under Section 69 and 89 BNS, PS-Leelapur, District - Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2025 passed in BAIL No. 9320 of 2025. He further submits that he wants to move an application for discharge and does not want to press the instant application, to which learned counsel for the State does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicant is granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C./BNSS, at appropriate stage and the order will be passed on the application by the trial Court, in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this application stands disposed of.
