Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court towards the judgment dated 08.04.2024 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Application U/s 482 No.45468 of 2023 (Brijpal Singh Vs. State of U.P. and another), wherein paragraph 32 specifically pointed out the non-applicability of Section 409 IPC against the employees and officers of cooperative societies. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State may file counter affidavit. 4. List on 15.04.2026 at 2:00 p.m. 5. The trial cannot be hampered at this stage, though the final outcome shall be the result of this application.
