Sri Sudhakar Singh, learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that he will not file the photocopy or the typed copy of the charge sheet in the departmental inquiry, as prayed and mentioned in the previous order. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court towards the judgment dated 08.04.2024 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Application U/s 482 No.45468 of 2023 (Brijpal Singh Vs. State of U.P. and another), wherein paragraph 32 specifically pointed out the non-applicability of Section 409 IPC against the employees and officers of cooperative societies. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State may file counter affidavit. 4. List on 15.04.2026 at 2:00 p.m. 5. The trial cannot be hampered at this stage, though the final outcome shall be the result of this application.
