He submits that petitioner is in custody from 21.10.2023 and he has no criminal antecedents and therefore, he prays that, the Trial Court may be directed to examine CWs-2 to 4 on priority. Learned High Court Government Pleader does not oppose the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Submissions are placed on record. Hence, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. The Trial Court as well as the prosecution shall make endeavors to examine CWs-2 to 4 before the Trial Court on priority.
