Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was granted the benefit of the judgment passed in writ petition preferred by Sri Krishna Murari Tripathi and Ors and Sri Krishna Murari Tripathi and Ors. have preferred a Contempt Application (Civil) No. 2850 of 2024 which was dismissed by this Court by its order dated 17.10.2025. Copy of which has been produced before this Court during the course of argument, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that the present contempt application may also be dismissed as the case of the applicant is similar to the case of Krishna Murari Tripathi and Ors.
